393 more people have died in UK after testing positive for COVID-19, taking total to 1,808
393 people have died from COVID-19 in the UK, It brings the number of people who have died from the virus in England to 1,651 , up from 1,284 yesterday.
At least 1,815 have now died in the UK. A 19-year-old with no underlying heath conditions is among the further 367 deaths in England today, NHS England said.
Earlier today, The Prime Minister led a meeting of his cabinet via videocall, as he continues to self-isolate in 11 Downing Street after testing positive for COVID-19.

In the meeting, he told his ministers:
“The situation is going to get worse before it gets better , but it will get better.”
There have been 112 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Wales, bringing the total number of cases up to 1,563.
Dr Giri Shankar, incident director for the novel coronavirus outbreak response at Public Health Wales, said the true number of cases is likely to be higher.
“It should be noted that while today’s number of cases is lower than numbers previously reported, this should not automatically be considered a trend as case numbers can be subject to daily fluctuation,” he said.
There are now over 800,000 global cases of infection of COVID-19 and more than 38,000 deaths worldwide.
The US currently has 175,669 of the reported 824,563 cases of COVID-19 worldwide.
The number of people who have died in the US from the coronavirus has risen to 3,393, exceeding China’s 3,305 reported fatalities.
So far only Only Spain, with 8,189 deaths and Italy, with 11,591 deaths, have recorded more deaths than the US among all those countries that have the outbreaks of the coronavirus.
